We price our event planning and coordinating services after we have met with you to determine exactly what your event needs are. No two projects are the same nor do they have the same requirements where our involvement is concerned. We look carefully at the amount of research, physical work, talent and expertise necessary to produce your specific event or meeting.

In most cases we will be able to save you money by saving your time. We have resources at our fingertips or know where to find them. Because we have worked with many talented event professionals, we are able to pull together the best event team possible.  We take care of all the design, production and management of your event.  It's not a trial-by-error, hit-or-miss decision when we are involved.

Our wedding planning packages are based on what you want and what your wedding budget will allow. Some couples want a professional wedding planner to be with them from beginning to end to help make all the important decisions and pull it all together. Some will only need consultation along the way, providing guidance and direction in making some of the difficult decisions. Others just need a wedding coordinator those final weeks to pull it all together and coordinate all the elements at the ceremony and reception (Wedding Day Management). You can decide; our primary goal is your happiness, the next is your budget. We will customize your wedding package to fit your wedding budget, with our fees ranging from $2000 to $10000. 

After our initial consultation, we will put together a proposal for your special event, corporate meeting or for your wedding. The next step is entirely up to you. Of course, we are open to revisions and any additions that may be necessary to get the project rolling. In other words, we want to work with you and will do everything within our power to make that happen.
